Influenza A(H1N1)Viral RNA(Fluorescence PCR)Diagnostic Kit is designed to qualitatively detect novel influenza A(H1N1)viral RNA in respiratory secretion samples. It is used to assist diagnosis of influenza A (H1N1) virus infection on patients with flu-like symptoms in laboratorial diagnosis and disease control. Positive cases can be diagnosed as novel influenza A (H1N1) infection based on this detection alone. Negative cases can be eliminated only according to this detection. Results from this detection only assist to clinical diagnosis.
